Q. How do I check my shareholding details on-line?

A. You can check your shareholding details on our Registrars website. You will need your holder code found on your share certificate or on your tax voucher. Please click here to enter our Registrars' website.

Q. How do I transfer shares into another person's name?

A. You need to obtain a stock transfer form from Capita Registrars. This needs to be completed and returned together with your share certificate(s) to Capita Registrars.
For further information and to obtain a stock transfer form, please contact Capita Registrars directly on 0870 162 3131.
If you wish to make a gift of some or all of your shares, you can do so by completing a gift transfer form. You can download a form from our Capita Registrars website. Alternatively you may request a form by contacting Capita Registrars.
Note: Where the transfer is for a cash consideration you will need to seek advice about the payment of stamp duty. Contact your local Inland Revenue office for further details.

Q. What do I need to do if I change my personal details?

A. Please write to our Registrars as soon as possible at Capita Registrars, Northern House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield, HD8 0LA.
A change of name/address form can be downloaded from Capita Registrars website. This form should be completed, signed and returned to Capita Registrars.

Dividends

Q.When are dividends paid?

A. If dividends are due they are usually paid to shareholders twice a year, usually in March and October. To know more please view the Corporate Calendar.

Q. How will I receive my dividend?

A. Dividends can either be paid by cheque sent to your registered address or paid directly into your bank or building society account.
If you would like to receive a mandate form to enable you to have your dividend paid directly into your UK bank account, please contact our Registrars on 01484 600900. Alternatively, a mandate form can be downloaded from Capita Registrars website. This form should be completed, signed and returned to Capita Registrars.

Q. How can I change the method of payment?

A. You must advise Capita Registrars in writing (all holders must sign) quoting your name(s), address and any relevant bank account details.

Q. I have lost my last dividend cheque. What can I do?

A. Please write to our Registrars; they will then arrange to cancel your cheque and issue a replacement cheque. Our Registrars address is Capita Registrars, Northern House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield, HD8 0LA.

Share Dealing

Q. Do you have a low-cost dealing service?

A. Image Scan holdings plc does not currently offer a low cost dealing service. Shareholders should contact a stockbroker, or alternatively your bank who may have a share dealing service.

Q. Can I donate some or all of my Image Scan holdings plc shares to charity?

A. The Company supports a scheme whereby shareholders with small holdings of shares, whose value makes them uneconomic to sell, can donate them to Wateraid. A The latest and historical Image Scan holdings plc share price are available on our website.
