Board Change

The Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, announces today that Non-Executive Chairman, Peter Woods, has left the Company.
Ian Johnson will take on the role of Acting Chairman, and the Board is currently seeking a replacement.
Commenting, CEO, Nick Fox said: "The Board wishes to thank Peter for his commitment to date, and wishes him well in his future endeavours."
